   My 3 year old son went for a blood test this morning. We have previously been the Westcotes where he had been for his first blood test and the team were incredible. Today, it was completely rushed, barely any communication with my son about what was going to happen and he had walked in happy as Larry, as before he had such a positive experience at Westcotes. We found one of the nurses rude in instructing my husband how to hold my son when having his for the blood test. NO numbing spray was applied at all, so my son got very upset when the test was performed as it caused him a lot of pain whereas before he felt nothing. It all happened so fast we didn’t even have time to comprehend anything! Hopefully my son won’t have to go for another blood test as this experience has ruined his trust.

   I had an appointment for my daughter an audiology appointment. When searching I saw a review that was terrible and made me nervous, so i have to say I was greeted by a kind helpful doctor who only had care and respect for my daughter and the test was made easy and she made my daughter feel at ease. Thank you

   Receptionist is extremely rude never heard no one talking to people like they rubbish absolutely shocking. Will avoid this place in the future for my own and my baby’s well-being. I’m calling for information and not appreciated to be spoken like garbage.

   Really clean, organised and fast to be seen. Only thing that had me on edge was the lack of windows, natural light and the security. Pace looks and feels like a prison. Parking can be tricky as there isn't much (or was busy when we were there) but it's generally a nice place. Has everything you need inside. Including a pharmacy.
