Had a phone call appointment booked, ended up getting called an hour later. Was really stressful as I had to wait outside in the cold for in a quiet space for an hour in order for privacy and confidentiality. Super upset with this service.

Awful experience told me to Go through nhs as it would be quicker feel let down by them ended up going private and paying to have an abortion as this company were trying to get me to have unnecessary tests with the gp private health care clinic were so much more understanding helpful and were comforting nhs let me down and said I would have to wait weeks if you want a quick abortion try the gynae center based in London there absolutely brilliant provide after care and it’s worth the money as the nhs are letting women down with these long waiting times it’s dreadful and puts you in so much more distress makes you feel worse I don’t recommend this clinic as from personal experience totally unhelpful should just have walk in appointments where they can do the tests scans and give the pills would be so much more effective and put women’s minds at ease I feel sorry for the younger generation trying to get a abortion and how stressful it is for them totally unneeded amount of stress
Very friendly staff and understanding put me at ease as much as possible and helped me to make the bestest of decisions
