I'm really pleased with the results I've been getting from my physio sessions with Jaya Patel. She has improved my condition more in 3 weeks that I could myself in 4 years. She is knowledgeable and experienced. Such a nice person to talk to, always positive and supportive. The right person in the right place.

Went for my physio for a bad back issue which, has been bothering me for a very long time. Not only the issue was addressed but also, improvement measures and sustainable development plan has helped me improve massively. Thanks to the professionals at Ankerside for looking after me. Have been treated for an ongoing sports related back/mobility issue for the last three months and have managed with a lot of physio, accupuncture and some decent exercise advice to get pain free again. If I manage to injure myself again Jaya Patel will be my go to for any further physio. Thank you Jaya for a job well done 10/10
I've had a bad back for years and few people have been able to help me. Ankerside did a great job
Had 2 appointments and when the first invoice came through on the email was stating that this has to be payed within 7 days yet on the invoice was saying 1 month. When confronted by phone the answer was “yeah, I know that on the invoice says 1 month but we want it to be payed in 7 days” … sure enough on the second invoice the deadline was written in capital letters “due date - PAY WITHIN 7 DAYS” … any other appointments I’ve asked to be cancelled and went to another physiotherapist!
This is my second lot of treatment here in the past couple of years. I cannot recommend the treatment here highly enough, I have gone from constant pain to being able to have my old life back. I have also had 2 of my children treated here, one of which is autistic, I was a little nervous about but I couldn't have been happier with the kind, compassionate and understanding treatment he received. I wouldn't hesitate at coming back if I needed to.
Following emergency back surgery I continued my rehabilitation through Ankerside. I found the ability for them to combine multiple techniques in one consultation was great such as acupuncture, massage, stretches and manipulation. I saw a very good response to treatment and as a doctor myself got to experience how good physio improves your recovery from injury. I will be recommending this high quality practice too many :)
