She is so friendly and will recommend what you need but she does not push or force treatments on anyone. She is so knowledgable about her treatments and the aftercare and puts you at ease throughout. I recently went to Katy after seeing her Instagram page which I must very profession and engaging. After a few messages and a deposit paid, I went in to meet Katy and have my first session of fat Freeze on my arms (bingo wings). Upon arrival I was greeted and educated on the procedure I was having. She explained the science behind the fat freeze and how it works, but also advised rightly so that lifestyle is also a contributing factor to this too. After the consultation we had our first session which was not as painful as I thought it may be. After the treatment, Katy very thoroughly explained how important after care is and the after care is essential to get the results I will want. She recommended some products I should buy independently to help the aftercare process, and honestly speaking I am so glad I followed this advice. I saw results within a few weeks and by following my aftercare well I also had really good results. I want to thank Katy for all she does. She is a very kind and passionate lady and really takes pride in her work. Katy you are very hardworking and your work is really good.
