Poor, rude service. We were looking to book a last-minute break and got told by the lady working there that she couldn't possibly help us. Not really befitting of Farsley or it's people.
I always try to support the independents in our village but these guys simply can’t be bothered to offer any level of customer service and are so understaffed they can’t deal with new enquiries. Hays in Pudsey are super helpful would recommend.
