   We went during the night Wednesday around 2am after my non-speaking son started screaming with ear pain, we were seen quickly and they man we saw couldn’t do enough to accommodate his needs. We left within twenty minutes of arriving with two bottles of antibiotics… didn’t even need to pay for parking. We’d been a few weeks before also when our son thought he had something stuck in his other ear… (he didn’t) and the lady we saw again was lovely and a super quick visit! 10/10 both visits.

   Got sent here by NHS 111. This review is on behalf my husband. Was seen very quickly but was told there is nothing they could do, go back to your GP. Got an appointment to see my GP and after that spent 24 hours in A&E at NGH is place was brilliant Thanks Rugby for not being bothered. Don't go to this place for treatment.Avoid

   Fantastic service from all involved in our care this evening. Eileen on reception was lovely and friendly. Nice warm greeting on arrival. It's a very calm environment. It's a nurse led dept so no doctors. The nurses were absolutely fantastic. Thank you to all involved.

   Fantastic staff, really efficient service. In and out with a child with broken finger in under an hour. Can't fault them and they even gave my daughter a beautiful knitted teddy at her Xray. Keep up the great work, you are amazing.

   Went there on Sunday (0 people waiting) because I got so unwell over the weekend (after fighting flu for a week) I could barely breathe with blood coming down from my nose and the staff member was very rude and dismissive and told me to drive to Coventry A&E and wait 7 hours there so that they can make an appointment for me back in Rugby with a GP. What a joke, I couldn’t drive there and wait so long even if I wanted to, I would pass out.

   Brilliant service, my wife was treated for a dog bite today . The staff in both the centre and x-ray were friendly, professional , efficient and caring. The whole service including x-ray and pharmacy was less than 2 hours.We can’t thank you enough.

   Apparently doesn't accept under 5s- there's no signs I could find saying so. Also urgent care but you have to take your son to Coventry as we don't see under 5s... Ridiculous

   There's nothing urgent or caring about this place. They seem to think that a sprained ankle is way more important than someone with a blood pressure of 204/97. Obviously they'd rather see someone have a stroke or heart attack than do something to help.
