   I usually plan and book my own holidays, as this was my first time going on a solo holiday (safari) I decided to use a travel company and Pure Travel absolutely exceeded my expectations. The entire process was incredibly quick and efficient. I simply sent over the tour I wanted and the dates, and that was it. Everything else was handled smoothly over the phone with no fuss or back-and-forth. They even added in transfers and extra nights, something I would never be able to do. I dealt Mike, who was professional, super knowledgeable, and a pleasure to speak with. He made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. The rest of the team were also very friendly and clearly passionate about what they do, which added an extra layer of confidence and trust. What usually takes me hours to organize on my own was done in minutes and done better. The price was also the same as what I would’ve paid if I did it myself. I’ll definitely be using Pure Travel again and highly recommend them to anyone planning a safari, or any large excursion. If you value efficiency, great service, and a team that genuinely cares, look no further.

Seamless process from start to finish (again). All the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable and even recommended eSIM’s to use whilst away. Would highly recommend!    Can’t Thank Faye at Pure Travel enough as it was my partners 50th this year and wanted to book a couple of surprise trips for her birthday. I hate technology as scared of getting ripped off. Up stepped Faye and she got us a trip to Venice in June and just on way back from a beautiful weekend in Prague. And all I had to do was carry our cases. And my Mrs was delighted as had tears on her birthday thank you so so much Faye you legend xx

   Outstanding service from the team at Pure Travel, all booked over the phone as we live over 250 miles away but know Faye personally & that she had the knowledge & experience to get us the holiday we really wanted. All managed within the user friendly app where our travel details & documents were located to keep us updated. Lots of key detail and recommendations from Faye ensured we had a great time in Dubai and made the most of every day we had. Flights, transfers Hotel & excursions, it was perfect & we’ll certainly book with PT again ! Thank you all !!
