Absolutely cannot fault the service at this store - have been booking holidays here for over 30 years and always had a fantastic experience with the lovely staff. Nothing is too much trouble they will find anything out that you need and always with a smile on their faces! I'm not a fan of booking holidays on the internet as it is not always clear what is included so it's really important that we support this shop and keep it open on the high street! Just completed the booking of 4 premium TUI flights to montego bay with the valuable assistances of Tarina. She even managed to get the current discounts added which reduced the overall price to £5800. After spending the last couple of days checking all the alternatives, this was the best price with all our the premium benefits including the free lounge at Manchester airport, brilliant. She is kind and very professional as well. She is patiente and do an amazing job. I booked with this company and the prices are really good, much less that what I was expecting. She was so happy and excited for me and for my children's. She made my day. And the others colleagues of Lisa are amazing as well ,they are very kind, always with a smile. Called in to our Halifax branch of TUI today and was greeted by a very friendly advisor Emily. I had found a holiday online and was wondering if they could match in store. She was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble so we decided to book directly with the store because she could match the online pricing. Emily also explained that we could book airport hotels with parking included at a fantastic price, which we didn’t know about. Thanks again to Emily for booking our holiday and for being so helpful.
