The doctors and nurses are very person-centred and take the time to listen. Always find the admin team helpful too.There are good systems in place for contacting the practice, and medical staff are thorough and helpful . With the pressures on GP surgeries in the NHS, the care and attention provided here are especially appreciated.
Nurses are sweet and funny, super patient and understanding too. I get particularly anxious around doctors and medical things and I haven't felt anxious at all here. I haven't had a problem that hasn't been fixed here either.
My husband came in for an appointment with Dr Partington, he's asked me to pass on how thorough and took the time to listen . We know how stretched the Dr's are and she was very attentive. Please could you pass on his great Greatful thanks and for putting his mind at rest. 5 stars easily.

The staff aren't very helpful especially when trying to book an appointment Once I got an appointment after telling them I have move they said that everything would be fine for the next couple of weeks then 2 days after my appointment told me the thaty couldn't to a referral because I had moved out of there druastion iv only moved to Kineton so not far so they waste my time and the doctors time
Our daughter aged 3 had an ear infection and one of the doctors prescribed her some amoxicillin and it didn't made her any better in fact she developed an infection in her other ear aswell and we came back and had an appointment with doctor Ali and he prescribed a spray antibiotic and with this our little one got well pretty fast. I'm not saying anything about the other doctors because they are all great but doctor Ali was outstanding. He had the patience to explain us how the ear works and the fact that the blood stream is not too good inside the ear to bring the antibiotic that you ingest and therefore a spray would do better. Young doctor with a bright future. Best wishes!
Truly a terrible practice. Rang up for an urgent appointment in the morning at 830am like lots of practices and was told the doctors aren't seeing anyone face to face. I could get a telephone call before the end of the week. An embarrassment to general practice, should have NHS money withdrawn. I will be writing to CQC and the CCG and you all should do too. EDIT: Thanks for replying - however I was one of the first people to get through at 0830am in the morning - and there was zero capacity - so there is no "safe capacity" if there is zero availability. Either you have GPs working at the practice or you don't and it seems to be the latter!
Receptionists really good, friendly & help where possible which makes a difference as they are first contact. All the nurses & Drs we have been seen by have been very good at job, have good friendly manner.
The staff on the counter are incredibly rude and not helpful at all they seem to think they’re are above everyone else and never want to actually help you or seem to want to do there job. it’s near enough impossible to get an appointment I generally don’t understand there system it’s an absolute joke. Really need to sort themselves out I am so tired of having to deal with them. Samantha who works as a secretary is possibly the rudest person I could have come across. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star review but I have to so it would allow me to post.
