She has so much knowledge about the treatment and took the time to guide me through every step, making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout. She truly goes above and beyond. She also recommended and gave me an amazing Obagi tinted SPF to use after my treatment.

   I’ve been coming here for a bit over a year now, and have had no bad experiences whatsoever. Bally is great at what she does, and always has such a positive attitude - I always leave here in a good mood. She is very knowledgeable and helpful about the treatments, you are in good hands at the Laser Room! Easy five stars from me, I’m super happy with the staff, the cleanliness and of course the results of the treatments done!
