   Very rarely answer the phone and when the phone does get answered it's impossible to get an appointment and get told to ring back another time. Going round in circles. Been trying to get seen to, checked and tested for about a year or so, probably longer. I had no problems before covid when the gum clinic was at Rugby St Cross Hospital. I think it's about time you open properly and allow walk-ins again. I'm sorry to say but unfortunately this is very poor service and i hope to update this review if/when it improves.

   Nice friendly place, my daughter was really nervous about going into the Orchard Centre but the staff were very friendly, in no time at all they had my daughter feeling relaxed and talking to them. Not the place you obviously choose to visit but it's nice to know it is welcoming if you do need to go there.
