   Great customer service and support. I elected to use a carrier to transport the car to Liverpool which was a good decision.The pickup procedure went fairly smoothly although there was some issue with some money not having been paid by the handling agents in NY. Also some large stickers had been glued to the windscreen which took half an hour to remove before setting off. The car arrived undamaged, just a bit dusty from sitting in the NY compound for a few days. 5* service which I will be using again in the future.

   I shipped my 100 year old BSA motorcycle with Auto Shippers recently. The whole process went reasonably straightforward. I had done some international shipping before with poor results so I knew some of the questions to ask this time around. Auto Shippers were good with pricing & timelines; no big surprises. They did what they said they would do, on time and on the quoted price. Don't get me wrong, the whole process is expensive but if you need to get it there safely then I would use Auto Shippers again. The crate they put my bike in was excellent! They allowed me to stuff a few extras in the crate which made the expense of the whole ordeal a little more palatable. Communication was good throughout the process. Don't be afraid to ask questions. They were very helpful.

   I had a great experience with AutoShippers, they were very responsive at all times and helped me answer a lot of questions as a first-time car exporter/importer. I decided to pick up the car myself and drive it to Southampton port which was quite an experience. A month later, it arrived in Los Angeles :) I also had to work with a customs broker who helped handle the paperwork and duties. Right now there's a bit of confusion over what tariffs apply so make sure you do your homework before you get slapped with a bill you weren't expecting. Thanks again, hope I'll get a chance to ship another car soon!

   Seemed very expensive, total shipping time to port from when I paid will be about 7 weeks. 1 1/2 weeks to pick up, 1 1/2 weeks to crate, several weeks waiting for a ship, and the ship it was booked on headed further into Europe for several other pick ups before actually setting out to Canada. Communication was good. I will wait to see if it arrives intact.

   So used these guys to ship my truck to newzealand, I found the communication and customer service awful, didn't really care either, when your shipping your pride and joy the odd email just to keep you informed would he nice no? Anyway the shipping agent once it got to newzealand was amazing totally different, just great customer service totally different experience but that's kiwis for you always go above and beyond.

   Autoshippers clearly have a lot of expertise moving vehicles. As a first time vehicle exporter, they did a good job of explaining the nuances of my circumstances and put me in touch with the relevant organisations to arrange my carnet and arrange customs clearance at destination. They did miss some details pertaining to my vehicle size, however on my insistence they reviewed the charges and took personal as well as financial accountability for putting it right … you can’t ask for much more when mistakes happen.

   Mixed feelings I used Auto Shippers to ship my car from the UK to Cyprus. In the UK things went reasonably well. However, their partner company, the company they work within Cyprus is an absolute nightmare. Took them over a month to release my vehicle after the vessel arrived. Their partner company has misplaced my V5 logbook which they failed to communicate. In the end, I've got my car but without any paperwork. They even blamed me for not submitting it on time which was a lie. I handed all original documents as soon as the vessel arrived in Cyprus. Furthermore, I also had to pay extra for storage after they suddenly found my original logbook.  I am well aware that as a British company, your control is pretty limited over other overseas companies. However, it’s essential that you should choose your partner companies who are as equally professional as yourselves. My advice is this: Think carefully before you chose Auto Shippers should you want to ship your vehicle to Cyprus.
