   I have been renting from First 4 Lettings for about 5 years now and I have all good things to say about them. The rent is very reasonable. Their maintenance and other services are very swift and reliable. They take Health and Safety concerns very seriously. There is regular checks on the property and all grievances/concerns are prioritised. The treatment provided makes a tenant feels satisfied and it’s worth every penny spent. If anyone is moving into Leicester, give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

   My friend and I viewed a flat, applied for tenancy and managed to sign our tenancy agreement all within 1 week, which included a bank holiday weekend! The efficiency! With the assistance of Yash, the whole process was quick and smooth sailing. Whilst we found the background checks with a third party were quite intrusive, this did not reflect poorly on the agents as they were very helpful. Simran who showed us around the flat was also very cooperative in answering all my questions. Thank you all. :)

   I have been with First 4 Lettings for the past 2 years whilst I have been a student in Leicester. I would highly recommend F4L to anyone. As a business they are professional and efficient, and as people they are friendly, approachable and helpful. I have only had positive interactions with everyone at F4L, and this is owed to the 5 star estate agents that F4L really are. They have made the whole experience of being a tenant for the first time easy and enjoyable. Thank you for everything so far.

   Actually a great company! I've had some bad experiences with agencies and landlords, so it was refreshing to have an agency who actually cares and makes sure you understand everything. They were great with communication when I viewed and applied for my property and have been responsive and professional since moving in a couple of weeks ago. No complaints!

   Very smooth and professional, easy to contact staff. If one is not familiar with your concern, they seem to be readily able to locate all information and still help. My properties are never empty for long and most tenants have been very good. I think the agency that checks tenants out of the property is very variable and that agency has needed to be more thorough on occasion. But generally very good.
