   Everything was fine, until it wasn’t. This agency used a property management company without my knowledge, I thought I was employing local people in a small company. Instead I was dealing with a large company based remotely. They unfortunately failed to service and maintain the boiler in the property, one engineer even tried to complete a fraudulent gas safety certificate to cover up shoddy work. At one point it took them 12 months (and asking me to do it) to find a tree surgeon to provide a quote. All this has meant I had to file a complaint for compensation. This was another disaster, due to so many companies being involved no one gets back to me. I just leave message after message with no response, everyone is constantly “on the phone”, deadlines set by them are not kept, and the poor knowledge from them is frustrating. Would not recommend and will never use again. Was more work than managing property myself. Landlord who used Open House Leicester to manage property.

Rahul was an absolute professional and a pleasure to work with, he made the whole process simple, stress free and was always on hand to answer any questions and gave frequent updates.
