The Wullcomb situated in the great location, a couple minutes of walk to the Leicester city centre. I like the Wullcomb so much with the excellent service providing from the management team, concierge and the cleaning staff. You always feel welcome from them and easy getting help when asked. I remembered, 2 years ago, when I moved in, the apartment was clean and tidy, especially the big kitchen with lots of storage space, you will enjoy cooking each time. Frankly speaking, the lighting system is a bit out-dated, plus the design all-in-white colour is cool, not cozy, unable to provide a home-away-home's feeling. I dislike the "Jack & Jill" bathroom layout, waste of space, especially the lighting censor.

Great Building We lived in The Wullcomb for 4 years and we loved it. The management team is absolutely amazing and help us every year with anything, from moving furniture around, Christmas celebrations in the 5th floor, receiving parcels and more. The building is full of luxury and it has everything you need. Unfortunately we had to move and will miss living here.

you're lured in by the glossy exterior, plush communal spaces and cute furnishings but management are nothing short of a joke. karl b (wullcomb's caretaker) is their attack dog who pushes and prods tenants out to jack up the rent. I had several run-ins with him, long and exhausting email exchanges as they refuse to address a single thing in person — they scurry and hide in their back offices onsite whilst sending you menacing text messages.. its pathetic. I could only manage a year there - london prices for leicester living is wild.

The Wullcomb has a warm and homey atmosphere. It feels extremely SAFE, always clean and the apartments are well insulated and soundproof, making it much much quieter than other places I’ve lived in the UK. The property is very well looked after and the building managers, Karl and Abby, along with the concierge team are always friendly and eager to help!

I have been living at The Wullcomb for almost a year now and it has been a truly great experience. The building itself is superb. Lots of communal areas and everywhere is always kept very clean. The staff here are really exceptional. Everyone is very friendly and always happy to help with anything. One of the best aspects of living here is the feeling of security. The excellent concierges are here 24 hours a day. One through the day, and then another through the night. So there’s always someone there if needed, no matter what time of day. Another thing that I particularly like is how any parcels and packages are taken in by the concierge and then can be collected later. So much better than having to wait in for a delivery. The building is directly opposite the Highcross Centre. So literally just have to cross the road and there’s all the attractions there like a great cinema, restaurants and excellent shops. And yet even though the building is in the city centre it’s extremely quiet on the inside. So that gives the best of both worlds, city centre living but without loud noise or any problems. It’s a very happy atmosphere, and I’ve definitely enjoyed living here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Very expensive for what you receive. The Rooms are insanely hot during the summer and there’s a fly problem that persists through the hot months. Bullying tactics by the highly unprofessional management. Despite them claiming they’re “dog friendly”, they allow ONE very small dog. My frenchie was apparently too big. A FRENCHIE! Refused to pay their exorbitant check-out fees. So one of their staff feels it’s acceptable to take pictures of me whenever they see me in town to prove I’m still in the area. Very weird. Would not recommend.

The place is good with respect to the location and the facilities offered. Everything was fine until we moved out. They will try to replace things and then charge that money to you. The check out experience was really bad. Better click photographs of each and every item in the apartment when you move in and when you move out. It ll come handy when they charge you for everything at the end of your tenancy. Will not recommend it to anyone.

The washing appliances in the flat are completely useless and cheap. My washing machine has broken down 5 times since moving in and flooded my flat multiple times and ruined several of my clothes.

Amazing apartment! We have been living here for 8 months now. Staffs are great and impressively organised. They can almost always address us by our first names and apartment number, which we don't expect at all considering the number of residents living here. Overall, it feels like living in a homely hotel complex with 24/7 security. We are proud to be Wullcomb residents.
