Druggies and homeless people use stairs to sleep. Gates don't work so my expensive bike got nicked. Attempted break and entering. Cams don't work. No gym, wash room or communal areas. No social life.
Perfect place to stay and is clam environment, also very close to city centre
Please try somewhere else if you can! The place advertises communal laundry facilities, a gym and secure gates but for the whole year I lived there the gym was closed due to 'covid' (this was 2022-2023 mind you!), the gates were permanently broken meaning no security, and the laundry facilities were permanently locked.

Good flats, fair security with cameras about. Gates open very slowly. Maintenance is responsive. Gym is adequate and under utilized. Main downside is slightly run down surroundings and smoke/cannabis in the air.
This place is infested with homeless people and drug users who use the stairways and basement for drug use and sleep on the floor and the landlord refuses to get security on site. Not even worthy of 1 star avoid !!!
