Excellent and personal service that more than meets our needs. From the very start, SLC have handled absolutely everything and have found us wonderful tenants. Any issue that comes up, SLC are quick to act so our tenants are happy. Fees are more than fair and reasonable and because of this, we trust them. They are a criminal company. Harass and chase you without good reason for money, but then they don't release and make it difficult to get your deposit back;again without any valid reasons. Stay well away from this company. They have zero ethics or morals, and not worth getting involved with them. I believe the director is a lady called Sarah Charlton, her attitude and behaviour is not in keeping with a professional company.
Sarah is an excellent property manager. I can contact her about any issues and they are always addressed promptly. The work undertaken in my property has been of a very high standard. I would highly recommend.
