Stayed in Flat 1 , 20 Elms Road for nearly 3 years. It's cold and draughty in the winter. The heating comes on at 6 am and by 8.30 it's struggled to about 18 degrees. Prepare yourself for MASSIVE electricity bills here. The boiler is inefficient and inadequate for this place.
