   I stayed at 72 Valley Road for my final year. The landlord was very accommodating, very kind and always ready to help out. The room itself was very much worth the price, a large and clean room. Cleaners come in often, so the kitchen and bathrooms are spotless. The location was only a 15-minute walk to the engineering side, and the house itself was pretty quiet. Overall, had a great experience at this property. The landlord was easy to talk to and very transparent with the moving-in and out process, easily the best company to rent from.

It made for an stress-free living environment and any minor issues (which were rare) were dealt with quickly and professionally.    I rented a room at 72 Valley Road with Lufbralets for my final year, and it was brilliant. The property is well looked after with regular cleaning and other services provided for which made living in this shared house very easy. It is quiet and in a very good location for commuting to campus. I would definitely recommend choosing a room with Waleed, a great landlord who cares about every tenant who lives in his properties.

   I stayed in one of the apartments with Lufbralets for two years and honestly couldn't have been happier. The place was comfortable, well looked after, and the rent was a great price for the area. The Best part was the landlord, Waleed - always friendly, easy to reach, and quick to sort out anything I needed. It made renting super easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Lufbralets to anyone looking for a good place and a landlord you can rely on. I only moved out because of a change in plans - otherwise I'd still be there!

   The flat was very clean and moving in and signing the paperwork was all very clear and professional. Any issues I had such as a light bulb needing changed - Waleed (Lufbralets manager) came out as soon as he could to sort it. The condition the flat needed to be left in when I moved out was also made very clear so I didn't have to worry about not receiving the full deposit back. Thanks a lot Lufbralets!

   I rented student accommodation and, years later, a one bedroom flat. The family run business has a great ethic of caring for the tenants and the properties are always kept in good order. Any problems are quickly and efficiently dealt with by the friendly landlord. I recommend Lufbralets without reservation. The experience of renting from them could not be improved upon.

I've contacted him a couple of times with minor issues and he is there straight away to fix. Couldn't recommend renting from Lufbrlets enough!!
