Amazing from start to finish. Our house sale was handled by Aaron and Boski. They were both approachable, friendly, easy to work with and kept us informed throughout the entire process. At no point did we have to chase anything up. Aaron visited our home to carry out a valuation, once we gave the go ahead to list with BM Estates, he came out the same day to take photos and the sale went live online that same evening. Aaron messaged us within minutes of listing to inform us that early interest had been generated. Both Aaron and Boski presented us with options for viewing days and times in a coherent and considerate manner. Aaron did a great job of showing potential buyers around the house and highlighting the benefits of the property. Communication, where required was frequent and well positioned. Aaron went above and beyond to make sure that things moved along efficiently and we were able to secure multiple offers and an agreed sale within days. BM Estates fees are also far more reasonable then any of the other five estate agents that we were quoted by. Both local and nationally recognised brands. BM Estates also valued the house at a significantly higher guide price than others and secured a sale for that amount.
