donβt care about their renters, as a renter myself, donβt go with these people. both bed frames, mattresses and wardrobes are broken, βprofessional cleaningβ was only done to one room and we received no reimbursement that was promised for constant work being done in our flat with no ability to access or use our kitchen during the day for weeks.
People in this office are all friendly, especially thanks to Chelsea for her help. She always patiently answers all my questions when I'm booking a room and responds to my messages very quickly.
