   Great family friendly place to stay. Walking distance from all shopping, eating, and tourist attractions. There’s also a Tesco nearby to buy groceries. The parking situation is a bit tight and kind of lengthy because it’s across the street from the apartments. We also had an electric car and there’s no where to charge it so keep that in mind.

   Very Rude and demanding host I booked them and paid in full but the host was no where to be found he ended up showing up 3 hours later with attitude!!

   Apartment was great.neat and clean and well maintained. Centrally located. Only issue not meant for senior citizens as the bathtub was very big and difficult to climb in and out. Rest our stay was wonderful and Jay was absolutely star

   Family friendly Apartment, booked the family 2 bedroom and the kids loved it. Thanks to Yusuf for easy check in procedure, easily bookable, booking agent Arif guided and helped all the way to check in and Jay was there if we needed anything at all. Great staff will be booking again.

   Misleading pictures in the ad , sloping mattress, boiler not working, no heating, poor customer service. Also LOTS of stairs and NO LIFT. Carrying bags up several flights of stairs was a work out that we were not prepared for. Will never book with these guys again. To start with, the pictures in the ad were not the room we were given, this was very misleading. They promised a desk in the room and there was none. They claimed the apartment was for 6 but there was only enough seating in the lounge for 4, and one of the chairs felt like a plank of wood. We complained and then they moved us to another joke of an apartment. The boiler was not working from the day we arrived, and they had to send engineers round to replace a melting immersion. They also sent another engineer on the same day at the same time to repair the broken heaters. This all happened whilst our parents were in the kitchen trying to cook a meal. We were given no notice of them coming over. The ‘host’ said he was at the dentist and couldn’t message us……. No joke. The customer service was poor and full of empty excuses, and reps constantly speaking over me. By this time I had given up reporting any issues and just put up with the cheap mattress that was like a bumpy hill, ruining every night of my sleep. The duvet felt like a big lump of cotton wool rolling off the bed; absolutely awful. This was a horrible experience… yet they charge so much for the apartment!!! Never again… however… I really like Leicester! Lovely city. Will go back to Leicester but will never use Ur Stay ever again even if they paid me.

   Lovely apartments and amazing service from the staff at UR STAY. The manager Jay was helpful from booking until check out. Couldn’t fault the service, will definitely be booking again! Thank you for your hospitality :)
