   Worst agency ever. Cancelled the appointment last minute. I was actually on they way. My appointment was booked at 17:00 and they cancelled it at 16:45, without any explanations. Messaged again to ask for availability but no reply. Pls avoid it. Very unprofessional.

   Affitto, an agency to not trust! Rubbish agency! I don’t recommend it. when you are renting is ok, the ladies are nice and friendly, professional, but when it comes to the end of tenancy that they have to give the money back OMG! Is a nightmare, they never want to return the money. Always fine something to don’t give the deposit back. Even they gave a flat not in very good conditions. They always try to renew the flat/house with the money of the old tenants. 2 times that happened to me and Never again.

   Stay away from Affitto, if you are a landlord. I had hard 9 months with them and have been cursing myself why I chose them. Grace Gurrea and Vishal pressurize you sign an initial form so they can rent the property quickly as they have tenants waiting. They proposed me tenants that they have known for a long time in another property and never had any issues. I trusted both Grace and Vishal and went ahead. The property was rented and only after chasing I got the copy of tenancy agreement which was never signed by me. There was no single month when I did not have to chase for the rent. I was out of my pocket and had to chase every month. Grace and Vishal both very sweet talker stops responding to my emails. When I called they do not answer. It was a nightmare. I told Grace when I rented property it has to be 6 months contract only and after that I want to have my house back. As 6 months were coming to an end I sent email to Grace requesting when the property will be vacated. Despite numerous phone calls and email I did not get any response and finally after a month Grace told me she will check with their legal team to confirm the process to vacate the property. Ridiculous, Grace you should know what you are doing and you wasted 1 month of mine. Finally I was called by Sarah Baker very polite and professional and she informed me that there has to be 2 months notice given to tenants. So a 6 months contract became a forced 9 months contract due to Grace and Vishal incompetency. The cherry on top was the checkout report was showing that tenants left flat in good condition. I went to flat and saw the bed was broken, the sofa was missing, all the rubbish was left in the house, the brand new carpet was full of stains, hob was in terrible condition with food and oil left there for ages. Overall whole house was left in terrible condition. I ended up paying for money all by myself to repair the house. My email for compensation related to these charges dated back in Jul is still pending and no one even bothered to reply or acknowledge. Affitto charge you their fee for no service. I have been out of cash as I was paying mortgage and never had rent on time. If I did not chase I would not have received money. I am glad the nightmare is over and I have my property back. Stay away from Affitto, Grace Gurrea and Vishal. They are all useless. I am giving 1 star as there is no other option to give zero or negative stars.

   Hi I’ve rented my property from Affitto for the last 4-5 years, I wanted to move to a bigger property and asked for what’s available. Within a day I had several listings sent to me and kept in touch. After moving to a new property I had issues trying to work out how to use the heating. I reported it to Affitto and a gas engineer had popped out the very same day and had fixed the problem. Overall I very pleased at how efficient and quick all the process was finding and moving to my new house. I would recommend Affitto and how polite the lady was I was dealing with. Thank you Affitto. Much appreciated.
