   This is the third house Phillips George have sold on our behalf. Each house we sold on the first day and for the asking price or over it. Highly professional and they provide the additional extra touches, which elevates the stress. All the team are brilliant and I wouldn’t use anyone else

   had a deeply disappointing and distressing experience with Philips George Wigston. After viewing a property, I submitted an offer which was formally accepted. I received written confirmation via email, completed most of the paperwork, and began progressing with the purchase in good faith. Throughout this process, I acted promptly and professionally and investing significant time to ensure everything moved forward smoothly. Without warning, I was later informed that I had supposedly withdrawn my offer. This is categorically untrue — I never withdrew. Despite providing no evidence of this alleged withdrawal, the property was sold to another buyer. This behaviour is not only misleading but also highly unprofessional. It caused me unnecessary stress & wasted my time. An estate agent has a duty of honesty and transparency, yet in my case I felt misled and unfairly treated. I would strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before dealing with this agency.

   I bought my house through Phillips George in September 2024 and I was very happy with their service. As estate agents go, they impressed me! They were professional, competent, and responsive. I got lucky because they were the best out of all the estate agents I had to deal with while looking for a house. I'd recommend!

   Phillips George are an incredible estate agents and I realised as soon as Dan arrived to value my house I had made the right decision to contact them.He was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.The latter counted for so much as I was very nervous and he straight away sensed this and put me at my ease. All viewings were done for me and I was always informed the next day on how they have gone. Clare and Sam were always ready to answer any query I had and phoned me with any developments. I cannot thank Clare,Sam and Dan enough for everything they did to sell my house so quickly and arrange so many viewings.They certainly went over and above anything expected and I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work.

   We were very impressed with the service we received from all of the staff at Phillips George. From the beginning they kept us informed of the progress of our house sale, they supervised viewings for us and recommended which offers we could take seriously. Once we had sold, they called us every week with updates on the sale and purchase of our new house: they called all the solicitors involved and ensured everyone was informed of the progress. They were always available to ask for advice or information. We would recommend them very highly as they were professional, friendly and helpful at all times.

   We highly recommend Phillips George. Clare was fantastic from day 1. What could have been quite a stressful journey with new baby arriving and the chain falling through Clare was always there keeping us up to date with no delays in communication. She offers valuable and honest advice and made the whole process so manageable. On the few occasions we spoke to other team members we were always greeted with friendliness and professionalism. We finally moved into our dream home 2 weeks ago. We still can't quite believe our new home is ours. Thank you Clare and all your team!
