I have been waiting for the results of genetic tests for 20 months. It turns out that the child is not in the system. After several months of waiting for an appointment with a dietician, I called and it turned out that it had not been scheduled. Did they forget? I will not mention the appointment with the pediatrician. I supposedly have one, but no one wants to say when. I have not scheduled an appointment with nurse Deb either. They also forgot. The speech therapist comes once a year and does not provide any help. I hear about great help. That is where it ends. In practice, I do not receive any help. I am starting the complaint procedure.

Serennu offers a very safe environment for families of children with special needs set in lovely grounds with a small park open to the public

The staff here were amazing, my wife and I were stressed before our visit. However the staff reassured us instantly. Nurses were great, and the consultant we saw was out of this world good. Dr Poon (apologies if incorrect) what a bloke. Such a nice guy. Thank you all.

Our visits here are always pleasant. There are plenty of things for our child to interact with if there is a wait.

The building is lovely but the occupational department are useless. The big woman, Abigail? Is surely not qualified.

Amazing facilities at the Serennu centre which cater for a number of different areas of health and wellbeing for disabled children and their families. There is a little coffee shop on the lower floor level and comfortable sofas within both waiting areas as well as a number of toys to keep the little one entertained whilst you wait. The centre is within a housing estate so not easy to find if you not sure of the area but the NHS does provided hospital transport so this can make getting there easier.
