   Omg!!!!!....what an amazing experience..booked an hour..didn't feel an hour either.. I was so relaxed I didn't want it to end.. bit apprehensive at 1st...but wow....I'm definitely going to make it a regular thing.... if your thinking of booking... do it...you won't be disappointed x

   Barry's hidden gem! The dry flotation at Barry Therapy Centre is absolutely amazing! This was my 2nd visit and I will be making this a regular fixture. A complete feeling of weightlessness and relaxation whilst not actually getting wet. Before the session begins you choose the colour lighting as well as the theme meditation to suit your needs for you. The session starts and you feel the board disappear leaving you "floating" on the water. A short meditation talks you into the relaxation then leaves you for the rest of the session. It's not until the end of the session you actually realise how relaxed you feel. As the session ends you are raised up from the bed feeling completely re-energised. My first session was 30mins and I didn't want it to end, my second session was an hour and it was perfect. It definitely worth taking the additional time.
