Mental health doctor doesn’t seem to have any clue about mental health. Doesn’t seem to take you seriously, and has no interest in asking you questions or looking in to things deeper. I’ve had an actual doctor do a better job for mental health that wasn’t a mental health doctor but they want very good either. Don’t seem to care at all.

Having a problem with a very painful embossed lump on the inside of my knee tried several things even Hydrocortisone won,t move it, had for a month so called in to my local pharmacist who never had a clue telling me to see a doctor, if it was that easy i would have! Today i visited another well known pharmacist in town, same story not a clue, for balance why should they know there not doctors. So home and rang my doctors after listening to a doctor telling me to ring 999 in the event of the following which is where you would have arrived at in the first place, then placed in a queue 13th in line then theres an interjection telling me to phone this no and someone would get back to me, tried that BT came on the line asking about my phone! eventually got through to be there not taking any more calls, back to square one then being told i was 17th in line.

If I could choose to rate it a 0 I would. I was sat waiting on hold for 2 hours to be spoken to, being “first in queue” for 30 minutes and still getting nothing. I had called a week prior presenting with chest pains, shortness of breath and inability to catch my breath after just speaking, a corse chest cough that was causing me to spit up blood and repeatedly vomit throughout the day. As a nineteen year old girl, struggling to catch my breath and having a horrifically dry chesty cough was incredibly worrisome. I was informed I would be triaged and would hear back from the practice on any status updates or changes. Any occasion in which I have had the misfortune of having to go to the practice in person I have been met with an irritated receptionist and severe lack of communication. As someone who worked as a dental receptionist and nurse for a year, I understand the frustrations and horrid members of the public you see daily, but walking in with a smile and greeting staff with a “good morning how are you!” and then being met with a monotone “name?” is just poor customer service. Not a single person I have met has had a good thing to say about this practice and quite frankly, i’m not even sure how it still operates. Do better.

Absolutely shocking. I had bloods rang a week later told results not back , no problem. Only yo recieve a letter from them dated 2 days prior to my call stating I need to contact surgery for an appointment regarding my bloods. When I ring to say I need an appointment to discuss my blood test results, reception say the results aren't back! Really? And then tells me they are very busy and no appointments available for 3+ weeks! Totally caught out in a lie!

Absolutely TERRIBLE. They lie, lose prescriptions, and the waiting times are soul - destroying!! Should be reported to the health board.

This Practice has managed to sort out the call waiting times & difficulties seeing a GP recently. Well done, your care navigating system is really efficient and my son was able to get through quickly and get a GP appointment. Staff have always been great and now you have this efficient service, the whole experience is 5 stars.

Been with this doctors surgery for over 10 years and the service has never been good but now it is absolutely shocking. Rude staff and lazy doctors who refuse to see patients and hide behind covid. They don’t ring back when stated and don’t pass on referrals. Today asked for my child to see a doctor after having been kicked in the head to be told they can’t make an appointment for me and the doctor will ring back to then have the receptionist ring back and say doctor said go straight to A & E - what a waste of resources giving the hospital more to do! Complaint going to GMC. The surgery is in a right mess as well - considering there are sick people visiting you would think they would finish the renovation works which were started years ago!

My mother was scheduled a call today - in the light of her recent breast cancer diagnosis. After an hour of waiting around for their , call my sister had to chase up the surgery. Even then the Doctor who called was not familiar with my mother’s file and did not apologize for making her hang around, by the phone, waiting for the call. Occurs to me that the doctors don’t care . My sister was fobbed off when asked to support an application for a blue badge , being advised “well will look at that again in the future” .. apart from the cancer, my mother has severe arthritis macular degeneration, no sight in one eye and a cataract in the other eye. She has to be accompanied everywhere when she goes out. If they would’ve actually had bothered to give her a face-to-face appointment, then this would have been apparent. Doctors, please do your duty and start seeing patients who need your care again. Stop hiding away I’m pretending you’re providing a good service. You are most definitely not!

I have been very quick to criticise this surgery in the past but I had reason to contact them today and they answered the phone immediately, were very polite and arranged for the doctor to ring me back. I had a good conversation with the doctor who showed empathy with my condition and arranged medication all within the hour. So on this occasion they provided a top class service.
