Lauren is a beautiful spirit. She holds an non-judgemental, safe, professional and transformative space. Her genuine passion for her work and amazing attention to detail meant I felt seen and heard. She was never taken aback or shocked by anything I said which helped me open up about my childhood trauma. I’ve had lots of therapists over the years and Lauren has stood out because she genuinely cares and has so much understanding of mental health, trauma and life issues that she is able to draw on in order to help.
