Absolutely terrible service constantly chasing them up , and very unprofessional unreasonable , when applying even though we both have jobs and earn the threshold two guarantors was still asked for which is very un reasonable very ageist do not rent or buy with this company !!!
Very friendly and helpful before you sign the lease, making promises then don't follow through with them. Once you are on the books, you are no longer important. Beware when you decide to leave one of the properties, you need to make sure you clean from top to bottom with a toothbrush, or you can say goodbye to your deposit. We can only describe the moving out process as a scam, with a price list of charges you would expect to see in a stately home. The staff can be rude, unprofessional and mostly unapproachable, and be very aware, they tell lies and cover each others back. As for the owner, you can never speak to him, he always seems to be out of the country! If you are desperate for a roof over your head then go for it as the flats to be fair aren't that bad, but customer service lacks severely, and in the end, you will fight for your deposit. Better agent's out there, use at your own risk.
Should be called arrogant properties. Diabolical customer service, do NOT care about their tenants, and surprisingly always unavailable when you have an issue. They will also try and gain access to your property even if you are not home. Surprisingly we were told to avoid by several ex tenants.
A very good letting agent. Always responsive to questions and conduct themselves by the book. Properties that I have seen are well maintained.
