   Absolutely shocking. I had bloods rang a week later told results not back , no problem. Only yo recieve a letter from them dated 2 days prior to my call stating I need to contact surgery for an appointment regarding my bloods. When I ring to say I need an appointment to discuss my blood test results, reception say the results aren't back! Really? And then tells me they are very busy and no appointments available for 3+ weeks! Totally caught out in a lie!

   Rudest receptionist I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with, I've heard it from three different people but experienced it for myself today and my goodness, she's is absolutely awful at her job and so rude, short Bob hairstyle if anyone's wondering who I'm talking about

   This surgery doesn’t even deserve 1 star!!! such an awful surgery doctors will diagnose you with anything and put you on medication that your body doesn’t need to make things easier for themselves !! Makes me sick how these doctors get paid for each appointment and they haven’t even got any respect to listen to any patients! 10 min appointment yet they don’t let you speak they speak over you and have the audacity to say you have gone over the 10 min appointment time! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO BE A PART OF THE NHS

   If I could give less than one star I would. Awful service, the rudest receptionists and absolutely determined to do everything they can to put you off. If you're new to Barry, register elsewhere. You'll be doing yourself a favour.

   Very poor service in every regard from this surgery. Sometimes they don't even pick up the phone and when they do they are extremely rude. They have mixed up my repeat prescription multiple times, sent it to the incorrect chemist or just plain lost it. The doctors who see patients are overworked and do not seem to particularly care about individual cases. I have been going to this surgery all of my life, but I fully believe that my life will be much shorter than it should have been because of this. Avoid.

   I've been a patient of the practice for 18 months or so now. As a diabetic I'm fairly regular and get to see them during both the quiet and busy times. Admittedly it can sometimes be difficult to get through for an appointment but this is the case pretty much wherever you go. The professional opinion of Dr Coleman has always for me been spot on as with Dr Baig. Urgent prescriptions have always been on time and sometimes quicker.And despite the considerable workload, the receptionists and other patient-facing staff have always been 100% . One of the better aspects of moving to Barry from Milton Keynes.
