I had a small issue with a loyalty discount during my last visit but the cashier sorted it out without fuss. The store layout makes it easy to find brands I use regularly. Clean, bright and well staffed — good for everyday health and beauty shopping in Uxbridge.

   I recently visited the Boots in Chimes Shopping Centre and was really impressed with how clean and well-presented the store is. The shelves were tidy, products were neatly arranged, and everything was easy to find, which made shopping a smooth and stress-free experience. The layout felt organised, with clear signage and enough space to browse comfortably, which I really appreciated. What stood out most to me, though, was the staff.    Went there yesterday, i was absolutely struggling to breath, there is an asian lady as a resident pharmacist, she completely ignored me saying i should wait in the queue although i was next in the queue. She then proceeded to say she has other things to do, so a junior pharmacist gave me something that made me worse. This is a simple money pharm nothing more.

   Prices are relatively higher. I went there for their large selection but left the store empty-handed when the pharmacist refused to speak to me after chatting with another customer for 20 minutes about her calves and she even did not buy anything. I was in need for service apparently but nobody cared in this store. Even the crowded superdrug’s saleslady helped me so fast and I got what I needed for even cheaper.

   Great shop. Boots is a shop I could not live without! They have everything and more. The lady in the No7 counter was exceptional and gave me a £10 voucher off my purchases, which was really helpful.

   Boots do what they do fairly well. Most toiletries can be bought much cheaper at Savers or Superdrug. Christmas time and January sales is probably the best time to visit here.
