It’s a lovely family-run business, and we dealt mainly with Nick and Marine, who were both brilliant throughout the process.     We have sold our house stc in just over 4 weeks on the market. But it's not just for selling our house as to why I would have no qualms in recommending Hope Estates. At every opportunity they have gone over and above to help and reassure us, particularly after Brexit created a lot of uncertainty.     Nick is the expert on financing properties – including buy-to-let. A house recently came on the market, which holds a lot of sentimental memories for me. I therefore started looking at that house as a potential buy-to-let investment. Never having had any interest in buy-to-let investments, I knew that I needed to ask Nick for help! Nick explained the whole process of buy-to-let financing very clearly and made it really easy for me to understand the different options.
