The first time I went into this pharmacy, the pharmacist was very helpful prescribed me antibiotics for my tonsillitis straight away as doctor's appointments are hard to get. But the last two times I’ve gone in the pharmacists were not helpful at all. I spoke to a male pharmacist for advice and he just came over and looked at me so gormlessly no smile no yellow how can I help? I told him my issue and he said “I’m not sure have you tried paracetamol” what do you think if I’ve got a sore throat? He was yawning as well which is so rude when dealing with a customer. I then went in a few weeks later about an ongoing issue with a cut on the corner of my mouth that I’d developed an infection in and it wasn’t going and the female pharmacist tried to recommend me cracked heal ointment why am I going to put foot cream on my face? Wouldn’t really recommend it for medical advice if I’m honest.

Every time I go to this Pharmacy, why is it never open on time? Why is the pharmacist never on time and making excuses up that they can’t open because it’s Eid is not acceptable when medication is required.

I needed to get more insulin needles but my regular pharmacy didn't have anything in stock. Called Boots who managed to sort out my prescription. Very helpful staff and pharmacist.

I came to this Boots after being diagnosed with low Vitamin D. The brand I needed were out of stock and they were very helpful with ordering it in. Extra info-what no one tells you is that one cause of low Vit D may be not having enough fat in your diet. This can very easily happen if you cut out unhealthy treats, don't eat things like nuts and red meat and then go fat free for most other things like milk, yogurt etc. My advice is to ask your doctor to ask you about your fat intake too. (Mine didn't and having reflected on this, it would have been the most likely reason for the low result in my case.) This is because fat helps Vit D absorption and the tablets simply won't absorb if you don't have fat in your diet too. Please read my reviews to see my comments on other Boots stores.
