   Shocking customer service. Tried to return a T shirt that was faulty but because I did not have my receipt I was refused. Staff and manager were very unhelpful and robotic in their response to my plight.

   Poor service AGAIN! I vowed I wouldn’t go back to the Guiseley store ever again a year ago when I went in with my grandson last time - but decided to give them another try hoping things might have changed - alas not! Sadly today the staff were so busy scanning the football boots on the shelf (!) they couldn’t be helpful to customers? Another lady & her son had the same poor customer experience at the same time I was there & left without buying - whereas I decided to go onto JD Sports website instead & bought a pair of football boots on line .( free postage by the way - whereas Sports Direct isn’t!) The disinterest of the staff at Sports Direct Guiseley is beyond belief. They clearly have no intention of helping customers. Poor show … again!

   Very bad customer service. Went to buy Hockey shoes for my daughter, it was hard to find the size, there were few staff who were clearly not interested in helping and made us feel like we are wasting their time. Finally did not find what we needed and had to leave to another branch due to this poor attitude of the staff. Will never go there again!

   Had to first find a shop worker there. Then you ask them for a 10 in trainers , which they say they don't have. So you go back and choose another pair and repeat. They need a better process of knowing if they have your size in shoes

   Bought 2 pairs of Asics road and trail shoes. Superb advice and expertise from Sports Direct employee Sam, a fellow runner. Unhurried, friendly and courteous. Sports Direct should be proud of her. No I'm not related, never met her before, just relieved to get some new running shoes at last.

   Absolute appalling. Faulse advertising of prices. I bought a pair of jogging bottoms for my husband, which were price pointed at 2 pairs for £20 the label on the item stated 2 for £40. I found an assistant to ask which was correct price, she checked on the system and the higher price was what they were. I asked her why is the price stating 2 for £20. She shrugged her shoulders and said nothing..... Later the same day I returned the jogging bottoms as they were unsuitable only to be told by a miserable assistant that you can't have a refund only a credit note. I won't ever step foot in that place again. Appalling customer service. Appalling refund policy. Appalling price pointing. I work in retail and would be sacked if we treated our customers in this way.

   Yep it’s a sports store. I found it a bit difficult in places because there is so much stock crammed into this store . In a wheelchair it can be difficult to get around especially when the place is busy . It was difficult because of the height of the low racks being level with my head!! However I approached the staff and the guy helped me so I didn’t have to try and find what I was looking for. I felt I was in a maze for a while !! However I managed ok and came out unharmed . Would I go again ? Yes but in a quieter period of the day !! Definitely need help to shop from a wheelchair .
