The lady who runs this store was amazing ! I was shopping with my mother, looking for a decent wind & waterproof coat. She helped by explaining about the linings, tog, thickness, just how waterproof Thier coats are, how to wax & wash them. She was ever so helpful, kind & knowledgeable about Thier products. I had fantastic customer service from Emma and bought lots of things for my first climb up a mountain. Everything worked great especially the boots and walking sticks.
