Lovely waistcoat purchased off Warrior Gears which fits perfectly and is of good quality, picture shows the waistcoat with my club patches on. Highly recommended for quality clothing in my opinion. Another thing very speedy delivery as I explained I needed it if possible within a couple of days and it duly arrived within said couple of days.
Very good service. Recommended the correct size I should buy & noted that the leg length the trousers come in would be too long for me. They had a pair made in the correct length. Would use them again.
excellent customer service... very helpful and quick to exchange an order. lovely jacket too, decided to order another jacket on the 2nd Dec, not even had an email or found any tracking info as to when it will be delivered, contacted several times on live chat and WhatsApp and just being ignored, not impressed... this is an Xmas gift so likely won't be here in time
Poor customer service. Said the item was dispatched and upon asking for the tracking number by WhatsApp on day 10 after ordering, I phoned the company. I gave more than ample time for the item to arrive. He couldn’t supply me with a tracking number directly and instead told me to wait until the 30th of November for it to arrive due to “the courier requesting extra time due to cyber Monday”. The tracking number was supplied on the 22nd of November where it had only just been dispatched from Lahore, Pakistan. The package arrived today- 22 days after ordering and it was only supposed to take a maximum of 5 days. Never answered my message on WhatsApp and when called, claimed he was only the sender, even though it was the phone number linked on their website. Wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them.
Customer service is first rate. Went over and above what any other i have ever had dealings with. Would absolutely recommend them. Other companies could definitely learn from Warrior Gears! Thank you Worrior Gears you made what could have been a very stressful drawn out problem but Warrior Gears came to my rescue and immediately took over, kept me informed as to what was going on. Order placed late Friday evening....email received early Saturday morning letting me know that parcel has been despatched & will be delivered on Tuesday. 5 stars well deserved.
