    Attended for a family 18th surprise birthday party upstairs due to start at 7 pm , orders a drink downstairs and before drink had been poured bar manager came up to bar spitting peanuts everywhere ordering not to order drink downstairs but upstairs only and not to take drinks upstairs which was cash only . Bar manager also doubled as dj just sat behind laptop all night and stared at all there making sure no one brought drinks upstairs very un friendly , no hospitality half of the room left after an hour to go elsewhere . Bar manager then came up to me to have tell me off again worst place ever will never go there again toilets were disgusting upstairs bar manager in the wrong job doesn’t understand concept of customer care shocking

    Smashing club for all your needs, parties and entertainment. My personal opinion is more detail to the cleaning under chairs and surrounding seating also walls and paintwork looking tired. But saying that still a good club

    Had my 35th wedding anniversary there a few days ago we was upstairs may aswell sat outside as it was freezing cold no heating mens and ladies toilets 2 cubicals blocked. They told me the heating had been off for over a week but no one told me. Went downstairs where the other bar is and it's like a sauna for all there regulars. Bar staff were very polite but beyond that it was a total let down I won't even go back and ask for my money back as its clear to me they desperately need it... Disgraceful

    Bloody cold, bo heating on. When asked to put the heating on was told it was too early. Left at 8pm as it was so cold.

    Had our pensioners Christmas party there. It was excellent. Phil and the staff worked very hard to make sure all enjoyed the party. The Christmas dinner was delicious. Every one really enjoyed it.
