Very nice accommodation, was a lovely place to stay throughout my final year at University. Jack was a great landlord extremely helpful as well as the maintenance guy Suz.
A well maintained student and professional let. I rented a spacious studio apartment with all bills included for two years and it was pleasant and trouble free. It has good internet connection. It is in a mostly quiet neighbourhood and less than 10 minutes of walk to the university. Any issues reported were quickly taken care of. I recommend it.
Absolutely fantastic student accommodation! Only a short walk to the university and around the corner from a local Nisa. The landlord was great and really accommodating. Definitely the best student accommodation I've stayed in in Coventry!
Me and my girlfriend lived in one of Jacks rooms for a year. When we was viewing places to stay in Coventry we had several viewings before we saw Phoenix halls. We was quite anxious as the places we had seen weren't as expected and Phoenix halls was our last viewing. We met with Jack and Suz and instantly felt at home. They were very kind and welcoming and straight after the viewing we knew we was going to pick the room at Phoenix halls. Jack is hands down the best landlord you can ask for, super reliable and easy to contact either by Whatsapp or just by knocking on the office door. Suz is also always on hand to help with anything. The location is 10 minute walk into Coventry or if you're lazy like me then an Uber only costs £4. The Internet is quick i think it's 2/3 apartments per router. With speeds of 100MB/s+ we never had an issue with the internet and everything was always smooth. The electric gates and doors made us feel secure which is also a nice feeling when you've moved away from home for the first time. If you make friends with Suz he may buy you some southern fried potatoes from the fish and chip shop. (no promises) We had 0 issues with the property and getting the deposit back was no hassle at all. If it wasn't for circumstances we would still be in the apartment. I can only thank Jack and Suz for the great experience with first time rental.
Great student accommodation! Very close to the university! Very Clean, modern with wide screen TVs and fast internet! The manager and staff were very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any problems or requests. Made my 3rd year of uni the best year at Coventry!
