   Easy communication. Friendly and helpful staff. When enquiring about viewings, received a telephone call and consulted on my budget and must haves; then taken to three properties in my price range and chosen area in one afternoon. Key collection and document signing was simple and streamlined. As a Tennant, Homemaker were great to deal with. Any issues which did arise were dealt with promptly. Ms K Hejka-Smolak is great at her Job. Would confidently recommend to anyone. Four stars as I cannot yet comment on the outgoing process.

   June 2024​ I am writing this review in the capacity of a time-poor property investor. I approached Anthony and the nice people at Homemaker Properties in Dec 2023. We had a free consultation to review my current portfolio and critically appraise on how I could expand, with realistic goals in mind. Six months on, I am on the verge to complete with two great properties in high demand areas. I am excited to begin the search for a third property. For someone like myself, who has little knowledge on properties, Anthony is highly experienced, knowledgeable and thorough. He has supported me every step of the way, being patient in dealing with a novice like myself. He has established, trusted contacts who can make this process stress free and efficient, ensuring you are not buying a lemon or neglecting the fine particulars.    I used Homemaker Properties once and then decided to use them again because they are so professional, I felt I could easily trust them with payments and securing deposits etc. Their website and administration is all straight forward and user-friendly. The staff are always at hand to help and maintenance issues were resolved relatively quickly. I definitely recommend.
