Friendly staff and a very nice clean and secure site. Located just outside the city ring road, it's only a 5 minute walk to the city centre.
I actually really lovely here , the staff are kind and helpful they do lots of events for us in the common area and the location is really conscientious very close to the city centre
The apartment is very conveniently located, close to the supermarket and bus station. There are shuttle buses every day. The staff is very nice.
It has been a great accomodation, constant security/help, the rooms are amazing sizes especially for the price, and all the extra commodities work amazingly (gym, cinema etc).
2 month living in this apartment. So far so good. I love everything this place has to offer, the staff there are helpful, the room is well furnished. I was surprised to find that the rooms there are very sound proof, as my previous apartments are all very leaky when it comes to sound. Anyways, if not for the fact that I will leave for another university next year, I would definitely stay there for another year.
Nice accommodation to be at and accessible. Very tidy, clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Eden is in a great location with everything that is needed in the surrounding area.
During COVID the experience was horrendous, another resident who lived here was suffering from mental health issues as well as myself and no help was given. Secondly, maintenance was supposed to fix a bathroom towel holder but that did not happen and then 'damage' money was taken out of my account, DESPITE ME ASKING EARLIER to fix the towel holder. Thirdly, security guards would randomly come into the flat WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE for no reason. As a female this was uncomfortable but this issues was resolved after. Lastly, Sophie who is a manager there was really nice, you can talk to her about things and she is understanding and a very happy person. The actual accommodation was beautiful however the paint job was a bit inadequate. Sometimes whilst cleaning the kitchen out, an assistant manager would come in and then complain about the bin and the mess despite being in the middle of the process of tidying things up. A lot of other neighbours have also had issues living here. Another security guard was also extremely rude when my card was not working despite me giving the relevant ID to confirm my identity. He shouted at me when I asked if I needed to confirm my identity each time I leave the accom and then ridiculed me when I forgot my room number, this was around the time a family member died so I was having a tough time without having him to unnecessarily yell at me. This security guard also screams across the accommodation sometimes which made it difficult for me to sleep.
It is an excellent place to stay as a student. The rooms are big, and modernly decorated. Upon first arrival, I saw that the room also included some cleaning materials and ironing board (no iron). There is a park right in front of the building and some rooms have the view of it. The management team is awesome, they are so helpful, kind, positive and energetic people. They are ready to help you even before the booking. There are 3 designated areas for rubbish disposal, so no need to pile all the rubbish in one place. There is a beautiful outdoor open area where people can hang out. There is also a cinema room and a small gym. There are study rooms as well which can be perfect for group studying. The only downside of this place is not every building has a laundry room, so if your building doesn't have it you have to go outside to the other building several times for 1 load of laundry. It's right in the city centre but don't have the noise of it. 4 mins walking distance from Tesco and 5 mins away from Sainsbury's. You can get to the CU Hub by walking in 12 mins. If you are a Coventry University student, I definitely recommend this place.
From the day I enquired on their Instagram account about booking a room, Eden Square (in particularly Sophie) have been absolutely amazing. She very quickly answered any enquiries I had and was able to show me pictures, videos and floor plans of my potential studio despite it still being built. Due to my course being deferred to January, Sophie explained how they are offering flexible booking which put me at ease about booking a room for January 2021. Eden square are also offering so many discount and deals (such as £350 off for anyone doing an NHS course), that I was able to save a lot on my rent. Overall the experience has been so easy, quick and effortless thanks to Sophie. She still answers any questions I have even weeks after booking my room. I highly recommend them
