   +ve Points: Location is good as close to City Centre, Police Station and Railway station -ve Points: 1> Lift is not working from Aug'2023 and don't know the plans to start it. 2> Credit Prepaid meters (Not Smart Bill Pay meters) for Gas and Electricity. 3> Continuous Door Banging Noises and Fire Alarms go on at any time of Day and Night due to Weed smoking by certain residents. 4> Brothel at Room no. 2 5> Building cleaning on Staircases is pathetic. 6> Door entry bells at main entrance door of Meridian Point is not working for last 2 years. 7> Roofs in Balconies are damaged
