Very smart and modern well maintained site. The staff are helpful and approachable. Located 10 minutes from the city centre, but only 5 minutes to the outskirts with pubs and shops.
I stayed in Willowbank Mews as well as one of the houses during my time at university and the team were fantastic throughout. They deal with maintenance issues quickly and communicate efficiently through email. I highly recommend!

I have lived with Lettuce for the past two years and couldn't recommend them more! The houses are really lovely and such high quality, they have all clearly been made with students and student living at the focus. The team are absolutely fantastic, always super helpful and always happy to help with any questions we have.

The absolute best letting agency in Coventry! I have been with them for 2 years and they were the best years ever. Amazing friendly staff, always quick to reply and huge shout out to Paul for ALWAYS coming out to fix whatever we needed so fast even some times when he’s out of hours and we needed the hot water fixing the absolute legend! I highly highly recommend to anyone needing to rent somewhere in Coventry! They have amazing houses (willowbank being the best!) ranging from 1-12 bedrooms! Thankyou for everything!
