   I recently moved into a new flat and Charlie at Bairstow Eves was brilliant throughout the whole process. All of the coordination, updates, and problem-solving — that was Charlie. When someone else dropped the ball on the gas safety certificate, he stepped in and got it sorted quickly. He kept on top of shifting timescales between me and the landlord, always keeping things moving and keeping me informed. Genuinely helpful, proactive, and easy to deal with. Good chap. Highly recommend.

   As a first time buyer, buying on my own, I have found things a bit daunting, but Bairstow Eves have been really supportive during the whole journey, especially Keira and Zahida who have been fantastic. The first property I saw was with Keira and she immediately put me at ease and gave me confidence. She was really helpful and professional, answering all my questions. Unfortunately I didn't get the property after submitting my offer but Keira has kept in touch regularly, contacting me when anything came on the market she thought might suit my needs, and also just checking in to see how I have been getting on with other viewings. Zahida has also been brilliant in helping me purchase my first property. She has explained everything very clearly, making things seem not quite so scary. She is quick to reply to messages and phone calls and also checking in regularly to see how I am getting on with my search. It has made a huge difference to me having people so helpful and encouraging and has made it all that much easier.

   We've been very happy to have Bairstow Eves as our rental agents for the last 4 years. From the first appointment at the property with the agent, to picking up the keys and having them deal with the renewals, inspections etc over the years, there haven't been any issues. When we have had to raise things (like garden fence blowing over in bad weather), they've been courteous, efficient, have liaised with the landlord and neighbours etc and it's easy to raise things via the Fix Flo site. We have recently given our notice and it's been easy to deal with them regarding this, especially Joseph S who has been handling the end of our stay at our current property. Would definitely recommend Bairstow Eves for property in Coventry.

Recently, a new tenant was found within a week and communication with Joseph who handled the letting was very good. He was able to inform me about the new potential clients having personally met them. He then followed through the process and everything happened quickly and without issue. I fully recommend.
