   Nothing good to mention about this place. Staff always busy not willing to help, recently had an online order delivered but never got a collection message and still awaiting any actions from boots..apparently they only take actions if item don't arrive 7 days from intended delivery date, compare this with any one else worst shambolic service

   I was in really desperate mode looking for some pills on Sunday 15.12.2024, most of the pharmacy where closed, the Pinner Boots branch was one of few that was showing that is open when o have checked online. When o got there the doors where shut and the staff was inside but didn’t want to open the doors, they said it’s closed and they have to keep the doors shut. Next time when your shop should be open and it’s not please change the opening times online because some people travel from far and it’s not alright.

   Unbelievable! We are still in Covid and they refuse to answer the phone. Sad when the last time I was in the cashier went on about me not having a boots card. I said I would spend too much. She retorted we all need to spend at boots to keep the store open and their jobs?!! Really? - when answering the phone is too hard for them! No wonder Boots is going down the pan. Come on do the job or let people who want work do it. Shameful during these unprecedented times. Answer the phone and treat people with the respect they deserve or leave?!
