terrible customer service by the women at the perfume till went to ask for a test of a fragrance i’ve seen online and began to tell me that she doesn’t have time for me and to come back later and she had no customers to work with. then after telling me i can only try one fragrance and she wont do anymore and proceeded to ask me if i was certain to buy it then i said im around 50/50 on the fragrance then told me ok come back when your 100% sure. shocked at the customer service provided to me

1 / 1 On May the 7th, I ordered from the BOOTS in St George Harrow some products, all through UBER EATS, one of the items, a perfume was unsuitable, I contacted UBER, and they advised to take it to the store, which I did, that’s where the problems started. On May the 12th I returned the perfume, (nonperishable item, unopened )back to the BOOTS I ordered from, The in store staff , haven’t been trained in how to process a refund or receive the items, a member of staff was even surprised that the till managed to take the item back and the “assumed “UBER will refund the amount, they even could not give me a receipt, but I took a picture. I contacted uber in order to process this, UBER has been so dismissive , from the beginning their chat has been unhelpful, from dismissing my request as , to speak with someone, they refuse to process a refund saying is too long for this, escalating to a relevant team that doesn’t answer for days, requesting a call back or email , but the chat dismissed me all the time. Attaching pictures of the receipt hast helped either. I have never given a reason as for why I can’t receive the moneyback for a product that I refunded as advised, simple. Therefore, I decided to contact AMEX my card provider and complain, UBER has failed to respond. The money somehow has been marked as pending, but uber suspended my account till the full amount is paid. I tried unsuccessfully to request uber for adjustment of the bill, so I can pay the fair amount, but no response received. Reaching Boots customer support hasn’t been any help either, they simply said they are not responsible since the transaction was via uber. Agreed but why they haven’t been able to communicate to uber that I have refunded the item? Why their staff haven’t been trained in how to liaise between Boots and UBER? Why their staff have no idea in how uber works, and in my opinion has total disregards for consumer rights. I understand that UBER provides the transport, but BOOTS has sold the goods and received the unsuitable items back, surely, they should have some sort of support for purchases made by uber, but sadly no regards for customer rights or service

Don't be fooled here guys...they advertise piriton syrup on the shelf but because they have to go behind the pharmacy to actually get the bottle, it's NOT part of the buy 1 get 1 half price promotion. Not happy with the shelving advertising here.

I love this Boots. Staff are friendly and the store is clean..loads to choose from: vitamins, fragrances, baby food, make up, boot No7, feminine care products , bath and body photo printing service, prescriptions, food and drink! Well lit and right next to BnM. Sign up for an advantage card because they are generous with points. They have quite a few deals on most of the time. Does get busy but worth the wait.

Nice big store with loads of choice. I went in to look at the 50% sale & cosmetics. Only 2 manned tills with quite a long queue, but at least everyone was fairly quick so only waited about 5 mins.

An Awful experience and Worst inhumane service that you would expect from a pharmacy and a pharmacist. Female pharmacist Not willing to work and try to shoo you away by telling a false waiting time over 20 minutes while no one else is waiting for prescription. She Told me that it is “illegal“ to issue the same medicine with a different brand then what is prescribed. RUBBISH. It’s written on her face that she doesn’t want to work. Extremely unhelpful lady in wrong profession. NEVER GOING BACK UNLESS THE LAST OPTION ON EARTH.

Horrible experience. - Was the first customer in the store, came in at 9:00am on the dot. - WAITED 20 minutes FOR MY CLICK&COLLECT - Asked how long will it take as I got work, got told ‘ there’s loads of packages, they need to find through, there’s so many’ - that’s not my problem, that’s boot’s problem. Why am I waiting 20 MINUTES for a click and collect. - I switched from superdrug to boots, and been a boots customer for over 6 months. I spend around £100 in your store each month… and this is how you get treated. - Indian lady on the till; I had £2 on my points card and a £2 product she said I cannot use my points…?? - In the end she used them. - After I left the till she was discussing my issue with the points card with another customer… surly that’s breaking some GDPR rules but hey. Sorry but if you’re expecting good customer service and happy customers, hire some more staff, and maybe train your existing staff. It’s not my fault there’s many packages. SORT THEM OUT. Clearly whatever form of storage system you have isn’t working out. Wont be returning to boots, switching back to Superdrug.
