I had a pleasant experience on Friday 22nd August when Veronica served me. She was, as usual, helpful and polite. Eager to help, she processed my item swiftly and assisted me with getting the most from Boots. I was impressed at her manner with customers, also.

ONE OF YOUR trainee pharmacy advisor A BOY . HE give good advice for cold and flu medicine, AND ALSO gives some precautions to STAY SAFE AND HEALTHY. Very kind and professional. Good experience, highly recommend!

Are all the staff (bar pharmacists) here rude and without customer service skills? If they are that unhappy working with people and members of the public, they need to find another job / career. My family and I have lived in Wealdstone all our lives, and ever since the main man - with glasses and moustache, started working here, heβs been following us around like weβre thieves and about to shoplift! Itβs been almost 20 years of this behaviour. Nevertheless, we ignore it. However, after an experience today, I was compelled to write a review. Staff in general have no manners, no courtesy, they are not kind and have 0 people skills. The lady today, just glared at me! I even said, thereβs no need to look at me like that! I will be going back to obtain her name and complain to head office! If I could avoid this branch, I would!

I had a truly horrible experience at the Boots Harrow & Wealdstone store, specifically at the pharmacy. The staff there was incredibly rude and unprofessional ( a elderly lady & a younger man). They seemed completely unaware of how to provide proper service. If you are hiring someone for something make sure that person is able to meet the basic job requirements. I was there to collect an order and despite being the only customer at the pharmacy counter, the staff continued with their own tasks, ignoring me completely. And also they asked me to wait till they finish. Their pace was so slow that a snail could have done a better job. When I asked for help, both employees at the pharmacy till behaved very rudely and did not even bother to look at me or acknowledge my presence. This is by far the worst store experience I have ever had in my life. The employees I encountered at the pharmacy delivery counter were shockingly unprofessional. I can see that there are alot of reviews mentioning about the horrible experience from these staffs. So it would be better if they are trained so well or proper recruiting with efficienct people.

Service very slow. Lots of customers but only 1 staff service. Rest busy doing internal jobs. Surely, priority would be to serve customer first, so as soon you see customer you stop internal jobs to serve the customer & then go back to internal jobs. No flu jab for over 65. Why? There us mo shortage elsewhere. Knowing this one of the staff made an appointment for my mum who is over 65 years. My mum is elderly & took us sometime to get there to find that do not have flu jab for over 65 years. So ky question is why give an appointment. Staff require training.

Staff are actually helpful both at the Pharmacy counter and in the rest of the shop. There is sometimes a short wait at the pharmacy but only because a lot of local people rely on the service and there are no other pharmacies nearby. The shop is well stocked for a local branch and the pharmacy is an invaluable resource for the neighbourhood. Easy to get to from the train station or buses.
