Popped into my local Medivet as I thought my dog had a tick in her eye, walked in that morning and they offered me an appointment almost straight away. They checked her and sorted it out free of charge. Very friendly and efficient.
Friendly service with a smile, the staff made us feel welcomed on our first visit with our kitten. Highly recommended, will return for more appointments.

Lovely vet nurse did dog health check. However, horrified at £18 charge to clip her nails given we already pay monthly for the health plan. Medivet cashing in!
Amanda, the receptionist was brilliant and managed to find an appointment for Betsy to be seen very quickly. Nothing serious fortunately and the vet who was very good sorted her out completely!

Awful, miserable receptionist. Held to ransom for a £250 blood test when asked for a paper prescription rather than the regular product we get for our cat, as it’s less than half the price online.
My cats have been looked after by the vets here for almost nine years. They have always received exceptional care, and the vets are always willing to answer any questions I have had. Even during the pandemic, when their resources were severely stretched, the standard of care did not drop, and I was always able to book an appointment when I needed one.
Tania has been absolutely wonderful. She is warm and reassuring as well as being knowledgeable and professional. She could see we were anxious about separating our gerbils for one to have a procedure and she suggested that they stayed together at the practice so that they might be reunited as quickly as possible. As a consequence, both are happy and adjusted after the successful procedure and we felt able to entrust them to her with minimum stress for both them and us. We couldn't be more impressed.
