   Probably a bit too late to comment, but it's better now than never. The people who work at H2L, should be taught how to communicate with potential clients. We have filled the application, been told repeatedly that the landlord was still 'reviewing' the application, when I walked past the house we were interested in and saw that new tenants were moving in. So next time, when someone's application isn't successful or you need more information, just let people know, have an honest discussion and move on, not too difficult, is it? Update (on 05/01/23 @ 13.32), the property in question was in Balsall Common, I have reviewed the property (three storey town house) myself and requested an application, which I filled in and sent it back the same day, chased H2L for an update, my partner has contacted number of times and we heard nothing back. The last time the agent noted that the landlord was still reviewing other applications, when in fact the new tenants were moving in. Nothing personal, purely just a reflection on what service we have received at the time ( I have also forwarded the trail of emails with the application as requested). Thank you
