Tan has been super helpful! Responded straight away, helped us find the perfect place despite multiple changes in group numbers. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us find someone to stay for our third year at uni. Would defo recommend!
Property was let through them however landlord managed it, they were unprofessional and rude when trying to clarify what was on there website to what they were saying in person. In regards to inventory’s and prices. I talked to a lady named tania who was abrupt and rude and have never experienced service such as this when trying to clarify she told me she was new and still tried gaslight me into thinking I was wrong. As a student when getting a house it was smooth but the after care after you’ve got the house is appalling. The only reason it isn’t 1 star is because there letting agent Mary was lovely but they should invest in new receptionist who know what’s on there website and can keep there temper in check.
I must say, I highly commend this organisation. I rented a student flat, directly above the office of this prestigious team of estate agents, such that I was privy to the 'in's and out's' of their business. The guy's were very helpful and polite at all times (particularly when tackling our 'rat' "infestation"), the man of the hour being Sean. Shaun was polite, prompt, and efficient in resolving issues and never hestitated from jumping in to lend a hand. I fondly remember when he bravely scaled a steep ladder into our dark abyss (the "loft".) Upon reaching the summit, he turned to our dependable pest control expert, Gary, and proclaimed, to our utter bewilderment, "Yeah... I see it" despite looking in the total opposite direction to the rat horde coinhabiting our flat. All issues were resolved on the same day, or as near as possible. Our rent was affordable and very reasonable for the upmarket area - I highly endorse the "Heat n' Eat" takeaway in the Nisa, the mutton khottu is next level. We had pleasant encounters with Mary, Tan, and Stevie - they were always smiling and entertained by some 'light conversation'. The lauded team are very hardworking, we often witnessed Shawn and Tan working into the early hours of the morning!
Lack professionalism Awful morale, stephen is pulling this company right down to the bottom, he himself isnt good at what he does and hes dragging the company down with him Sad really to see people in such a bad way, almost make’s me understand why he’s lacking behind with his poor service.
You should avoid this as they are too unprofessional. Call & send message to this agency, the sales named Stephen literally doesn’t help at all. Some of my friends have similar experiences with this agency. Go to high street and pick any proper agents.
Definitely the worst agency I’ve ever dealt with. Our contract includes WiFi and they didn’t even bother to give this to us until a month and two weeks after we moved in. They didn’t even bother cleaning up the house before we came in. We had to clean up most of the mess that the previous students had on the first day of moving in. They’re very unresponsive, unprofessional, for even Steven to have the gut to tell me that I should move out since I’m showing him the issues of the house he advertised to me. They seem nice at first , but when you sign the contract they disappear when you have issues and problems with the house.
I got accepted to Warwick University. However I didn't book any accommodation before my arrival. When I arrived to UK, I decided that I want to live in Canley so I could have an accommodation within a walking distance to the university. I spent 3 days searching for a good accommodation but I couldn't find anything decent at an affordable price. Luckily, I found Henry's Estate Agency. I immediately enjoyed the options that they gave me. They are great professionals! Stephen showed me couple of houses and I found my perfect choice. Most importantly they always helped with any problems! Also, the prices are decent and the quality of service is high. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to have a comfortable accommodation with the walking distance to Warwick University. Tan and Stephen always try to fix any problems. This agency values every customer and provide outstanding service.
The best estate agency for students. I have experienced some terrible service from other local agents but Henry's have really pulled it out the bag. I would seriously recommend Henry's to other students as Tan and Stephen both genuinely care to provide the best service to ensure their clients are well looked after.
