Amazing and nice place to live in Cardiff, specially because miss. Laura is working here, she is the best, and she helps with everything. Without her I will be lost, so thanks a lot.
I really enjoyed my stay at PLATFORM. The staff were always friendly, its always kept clean and the gym was always well maintained. Any problems (there was only the boiler i couldn't figure out how to get it working) it was fixed super quick. There was little noise on my side and I never used the heating once because its so well insulated. I enjoyed the evening events they hold also. A happy living experience for me. Thank you

Grocery store like Asda, Lidl quite far from this building so have to relay on uber delivery or deliveroo.
We have just moved in today, with the great help from Rachel, one of the staff. She made sure that we were okay and checked up on us while we were going through the process of getting the flat. She has been a great help and has gone above and beyond to help me and my partner through the paperwork. The building is beautiful and well decorated, our apartment is beautiful and has been fully cleaned before we moved in. We have a part furnished apartment and the furnishings are really good quality. Platform_ is welcoming to all pets which is great for us. I am so happy to be living in such a beautiful apartment, in a great building. The apartments are very spacious, we are in a 1 bedroom apartment.
Do not move here!! The stress of living here gave me severe anxiety and caused me to lose my hair. The management here (in particular Jason) is the worst you could EVER come across. If you live here put EVERYTHING in writing. Some issues I experienced here: I was walked in on naked 3 times in my own apartment due to people having “the wrong list” - once was with someone on a viewing! Dog fouling every single day without consequences & without being cleaned. The longest I had an uncleaned poo outside my door was over a MONTH. They clean before viewings so you won’t see the real Platform until you live there. Within a month or so of living in the building the place flooded due to being improperly built. We ended up having to move our entire life belongings THREE times. By the time of moving out we did 5 entire house moves within 12 months. Every room we were put in was filthy so we had to do 3 deep cleans too. In one of the moves we were left without access to a working shower for a WEEK. I was locked in my room for over 24 hours due to the lock failing and them failing to send anyone out to fix the locks. They never announced contractors - they would turn up without notice expecting to be let even on evenings and weekends One of the times I was walked in on naked was by a contractor. They had emailed me in the morning to say no contractors were in the building, yet an hour later a contractor walked up the camera-free route and walked into my room. They give them unmonitored access to the entire building. Your safety (and your belonging’s safety) is not a priority at Platform. I had to beg for a camera due to these safety concerns and even then, it took 10 months and they only put one on floor 8. The rest of the rooms are unmonitored - if someone enters your room when you’re not there, there won’t be any evidence! They break data protection if you put in complaints as they will gossip to other residents about you and vice versa. It’s also opposite the homeless shelter. They steal food orders and some of them force their way in the building after you with needles in hand. If not, they shoot up in the doorways at night instead. We are have now been living in another dog-friendly apartment block since November and there has not been a single incident of dog fouling in the whole place, nor any security concerns. Some of our new neighbours used to live in Platform and broke their tenancy early just to leave. Some saw the place and were disgusted so they never chose it. In contrast, we have all already decided we are signing on for another year at our new accommodation. Do not make the mistake of choosing Platform!!
After the Platform viewing trip with Nadine, we are both from a totally blank sheet to a well knowledgeable visitors towards the whole PLATFORM environment and facilities provided. During the trip, we much appreciate Nadine and her colleagues as they are all very helpful, friendly, and considerate. The trip makes us hunger for moving in as soon as possible.
Never met better staff before. Nadine, Sara and Lara have done everything they could to help me with an urgent move in. The building’s brand new with fancy flats. Views’ great as well with lovey gym and terrace. 100% recommended!
Me and my girlfriend are in the process of applying for a flat. The service is excellent! Everything was shown and explained in detail. Very cool that there is a gym available for all tenants. Great selection of flats and different furniture, everyone can choose a flat to suit their needs. We are looking forward to moving here!
My Client and I met with Sara at the Platform office/site and she was so helpful showing us two available one bed apartments and then also the show flat to show the excellent furnishings provided if required. a very good gym is part of the package there and a lovely roof terrace for the tenants. She also answered all the questions my client needed to know to rent one of these apartments. Recommend them highly.
Currently in the process of applying for a flat, and Nadine has been brilliant, helped me through the whole process. Made everything so easy! Sara who we had the viewing with was also brilliant, nothing was too much for either of these ladies.
